Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon of dry Chef J dill mix
1 500ml container of 14% sour cream or 1/2 greek yogourt
1/2 cup grated cucumbers squeezed in paper towels (remove water)
1 large gratted garlic clove,
1 teaspoon of dry basil
1/2 teaspoon of dry oregano
1/2 lemon (juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste (when ready to serve)
Method: Remove all the water you can from the cucumbers. Mix all ingredients. Suggestions: Serve with hot pita bread quarters brushed with oil, or vegetables, or pita sandwhich or with rippled chips.
Dill sauce for salmon or other fish

1 package of dry ramen noodles
1 cup of boiling water
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Put ramens in a bowl. Add the dry broth and the cup of boiling water. and cover. Infusue 3 -5 minutes until ramens are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and serve. Be free to add precooked vegetables.
Rice, the basic

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dry Chef J broth
1 cup of rinced rice
1 3/4 cup of boiling water
Butter or oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Boil the water. Remove from heat, add the broth and mix well. Add the rice and mix well. Cover and return to low heat for 15 minutes. Add a bit of butter or oil and fluff with a fork.
